Vedic principles, planetary positions, and subjective insights. Because interpretations vary
and future outcomes cannot be guaranteed with mathematical certainty, dissatisfaction with a
prediction or advice is not grounds for a refund.
All transactions on Kesmat.in are processed using digital platform currency ("Coins") or
direct payments for specific offerings (such as e-Pujas and certified gemstones).
2. Wallet Recharges & Coin Purchases
Coin Deductions: Coins purchased via the wallet recharge feature are
non-transferable and non-encashable for physical currency once successfully added to your
Kesmat account.
Failed / Incomplete Recharges: If an amount is debited from your bank
account or payment method but the corresponding Coins are not credited to your Kesmat wallet
within 2 hours, please email support with your payment transaction ID. Once verified with
our payment gateway partner, the Coins will be credited to your wallet or the amount will be
reversed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
3. Astrologer Consultations (Chat & Call)
Technical Disruptions: If a call or chat session terminates abruptly due to
a technical failure originating from our platform servers or the astrologer's connection
within the first two minutes, deducted Coins will be reimbursed to your platform wallet
after automated log verification.
Astrologer Inactivity / Unresponsiveness: If an astrologer accepts a
request but remains inactive or fails to respond appropriately during the session, you must
flag the session within 24 hours. Following review of the session logs, relevant Coins will
be credited back to your wallet.
Completed Consultations: Once a consultation (audio call, video call, or
chat) is completed, the Coins consumed for the duration cannot be refunded or reversed.
User-Side Network Issues: Kesmat is not responsible for dropped sessions
resulting from poor local internet connections, carrier interruptions, or device
malfunctions on the user's end.
4. e-Puja Services
Cancellation Window: Booked e-Puja rituals may be cancelled up to 24 hours
prior to the scheduled ritual start time by contacting support. In such cases, a refund will
be issued to your wallet or original payment method (minus standard transaction processing
fees).
Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an e-Puja has commenced, preparations
(samagri, priest scheduling, sankalp) have been finalized, or the ritual has concluded, the
booking fee is strictly non-refundable.
Damaged in Transit: If a certified gemstone or spiritual product arrives
physically damaged or defective, you must notify support within 48 hours of delivery along
with clear photographs and the unboxing video.
Replacement & Returns: Validated claims are eligible for a free replacement
of equivalent value. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund to the original payment
mode will be initiated upon receipt of the returned item in its original, unworn condition
with all laboratory certificates and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized items (such as gemstones energized
specifically in your name or set into custom jewelry) cannot be returned or refunded once

tangible merchandise to your physical address. All services and transactions on kesmat.in are
fulfilled electronically via the platform.
1. Delivery of In-App Wallet Coins
Fulfillment Time: Instantaneous.
Delivery Method: Upon successful payment authorization via our third-party
payment gateway, purchased platform coins are automatically and immediately credited to your
Kesmat user wallet balance.
Transaction Record: A digital transaction receipt and order confirmation
are generated immediately and remain accessible within your account order history.

Fulfillment Time: Real-time / On-demand.
